Megvii unveils second headquarter in Wuhan, China

Megvii Technology Limited, an internet startup focused on face recognition technology, unveiled its second headquarter and an AI institute on July 30, in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province, serving the whole central China.

The Wuhan headquarter of Megvii contributes to promoting the process of technology-to-product conversion. In the future, new technologies and new achievements from the Wuhan headquarter will be widely used in the construction of smart cities, smart security, intelligent businesses and other projects nationwide, enhancing service capabilities of the governments and boosting enterprise productivity.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Beijing, Megvii engages in R&D and services in the field of artificial intelligence such as face recognition, image recognition and deep learning, whose Face++ platform is the worlds largest face recognition technology platform.
