1.伊拉克油田

这个机会比较适合那些中等规模油田开发公司，对方合作公司将会获得伊拉克一家正在生产中的油田20年的租约。这个租约价值好几十亿美金，仅需投入3.5亿美元。

2. Harding Tactical Systems

Opportunity to take a considerable share interest (roughly 40%) in a firm which is involved in a fast growing industry (corporate security/protection-armour) A viable product already being sold. Appears two steps ahead of competition in quality and price. Investment money to be used for intl marketing. Approximately 2 million dollar investment.

B. Magic Sports- Virginia based health wellness center/facility. Probably10-40 million depending on the degree of investment

C. AMCCI Nursing home project

D. Sky Valley- Opportunity to take over a well located, soon to be built subdivision near Austin Texas with many Rust Belt businesses relocating to this area. High demand for this level of property. $350,000-450,000. 140 plus units could be built under existing permits. Land acqusition, permitting and most of infrastructure is already paid for. One investor has foundered and needs to be bought out. The opportunity to pick up an sub division ready to go to market for pennies on the dollar. 9-11 million investment. This investment buys almost a 100% interest.

E. Lodge hotel tied to casino in Indian tribal land located in Humboldt County California. Roughly 11 million. Hotel would be secured by casino revenue.

F. Travis County Courthouse- 300 million dollar construction contract for Travis County Texas Courthouse and Municipal Building. Opportunity for large developer to work with a powerfully, politically connected group to win bid for construction.

G. Oak Bay Beach Hotel- British Columbia- Roughly 20 million investment.

An abbreviated outline is available at this time.
