With the visit paid by the South Korean President Park Geun-hye to China from June 27th to 30th, a series of exchanges activities will also be launched between the South Korean and Wuhan, the capital city of central China’s Hubei Province.

These exchanges activities will be divided into nine parts, involving nearly thirty specific activities.

Hundreds of government officials, business representatives, art groups and student representatives will attend.

Wuhan--South Korea Economic and Trade Promotion Conference is the highlight spot. Sinopec and South Koreas SK Group will sign a cooperation framework agreement, while the Dongfeng Motor Company and South Korea LS will sign an agreement on the construction of the electric car battery factory in Wuhan

As known, the number of the South Korea enterprises investing in Wuhan has amounted up to over 80, completing an investment of US$ 240 million and there are more than 600 South Koreans permanently live and work in Wuhan. (hubei.gov.cn)
